Olympic & Sprint Distance Courses

THE SPRINT DISTANCE TRIATHLON

A perfect close to the season or a great way for a beginner looking to experience their first race. Designed with beginners in mind, the race begins with a 1/3 mile swim in the crystal waters of White Lake. This time of year, water temperatures range in the low to mid 70's. A wetsuit is not mandatory, but recommended. Scenic roadways of Tamworth, West Ossipee, and Chocorua N.H. make up the 13.7 mile Bike Course. Enjoy the beautiful rolling landscape. Complete your race with a NH flat 3.1 mile run through White Lake State Park and the adjacent Tamworth roads. The event is open to all ability groups age 14 and up.

SPRINT DISTANCE RELAY

A Team Division is also available. Put together a team with family, friends or co-workers. Interested in joining a team? Looking for a team mate? We can help!

SPRINT DISTANCE SPLASH & DASH

Compete with the other swimmers and runners. NO biking! The swim will be 1/3 mile followed by a 3.1 mile dash to the finish. The Splash & Dash is open to all ability groups age 14 and up.

SPRINT DISTANCE SPLASH & DASH RELAY

A Team Division is also available. Put together a team with family, friends or co-workers. Interested in joining a team? Looking for a team mate? We can help!

SPRINT DISTANCE DUATHLON

Available for the land lovers. We will bus you to the race start 2 miles from the transition area. Upon entering the transition area you will join the other athletes to complete the bike and run course. The Duathlon Division is open to all ability groups age 14 and up.

SPRINT DISTANCE DUATHLON RELAY

A Team Division is also available. Put together a team with family, friends or co-workers. Interested in joining a team? Looking for a team mate? We can help!

SPRINT DISTANCE AQUABIKE DIVISION

Available for the swimmers and cyclists. NO run course!! Compete with the other swimmers and cyclists, but finish your race with a short walk/jog to the finish line. This event is for everyone that doesn't enjoy the run of a triathlon.

THE OLYMPIC DISTANCE TRIATHLON

A great way to challenge your ability before the season's end. Try this longer distance without the pressure of cutoff times. Designed to challenge, the race begins with a .9 mile swim in the crystal waters of White Lake. This time of year, water temperatures range in the low to mid 70's. A wetsuit is not mandatory, but may be worn. Scenic roadways of Tamworth, West Ossipee, and Chocorua N.H. make up the 26.3 mile Bike Course. Enjoy the beautiful rolling landscape. Complete your race with a NH flat 6.2 mile run through White Lake State Park and the adjacent Tamworth roads. The event is open to all ability groups age 14 and up.
